Clinical Lead, John Hadley

Mr John Hadley has been a consultant ENT surgeon at Ashford St Peter’s NHS Foundation Trust and the Royal Surrey County Hospital for twenty years. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in both General Surgery and ENT Surgery. He has special interests in nasal surgery including endoscopic sinus surgery and balloon sinuplasty, rhinoplasty, benign head and neck conditions and facial plastics and skin lesions. He has also held senior managerial and leadership roles, and has led a number of service changes including implementation of a new MSK service. He also possesses a Law degree, MBA and Expert Witness Diploma.

Mr Hadley said: “I have experienced the GIRFT deep dive in a number of clinical specialties and witnessed the power of this clinician led process. I am delighted to have the opportunity to be the Clinical Lead for the Outpatients review. Outpatients is the one area of clinical practice where all patients attend. There are many exciting opportunities to improve the patient experience, including harnessing the benefits afforded by new digital technologies. I am looking forward to working with colleagues to make the opportunities a reality”
