The Getting It Right First Time (GIRFT) team is supporting one of its NHS partners to promote and share news of a new collaboration hub for estates and facilities staff.

The NHS Estates Team Collaboration Hub has been developed as a private space for the NHS estates and facilities workforce which is also open to NHS England and NHS Improvement colleagues. It is run by the estates team within NHS England and NHS Improvement, which oversees the NHS estate including acute, mental health, ambulance, community, specialist acute and primary care facilities.

The hub contains the latest information and policies, as well as access to a range of case studies and FAQs. It provides a platform for discussion with estates colleagues from across the NHS.

It is a key tool to help support delivery of the NHS estate team’s priorities and deliverables. This also includes implementation of the recommendations arising from the reports by Lord Carter and Sir Robert Naylor, which are key to driving through productivity and efficiency in the NHS.
