The National Consultant Information Programme (NCIP) now includes data up to the end of September 2025, following a quarterly refresh. 

Surgical consultants can access their personal activity and outcomes data, which can be used as evidence in appraisals, meeting the GMC’s guidance on supporting information for revalidation. 

NCIP can also be used in M&M meetings, clinical audit and quality improvement. 

The NCIP platform contains more than 400 procedure dashboards, each featuring tailored metrics such as length of stay, mortality, readmissions, and other relevant outcomes. 

 Included in this release: 

• Data up to the end of September 2025. 

• Seven new dashboards, covering paediatric neurosurgery for the first time, and one new urology dashboard. 

• 44 enhanced dashboards across eight surgical specialties.
